Let’s bring these kind thoughts into action!
When I was a kid, my mom made a “kindness journal” for me and my sister. During breakfast each morning, we would draw two pictures in the journal: something kind that someone did for us and something kind that we did for someone else. It was such a great way to start the day and an amazing concept for promoting not only kindness but also awareness and gratitude. Thank you, Mom! 🙂
